Headline commitments
- Data residency: all workloads run at our Mayfield West facility. No replication outside Australian jurisdiction without your written request.
- Your data is yours: we do not train on customer data. We do not share customer data with third parties except as required by law.
- Uptime: 99.9% per calendar month per instance, with automatic credits when missed.
- Pricing: any change to published rates requires 30 days notice. Reserved-capacity rates lock for the reservation term.
- Cancellation: stop using us any time. We bill what you've used through the end-of-month invoice and that's it.
