Plain language version: we collect the minimum information needed to operate the service and bill correctly. We don't sell it to anyone. We don't train models on it.

What we collect

• Account information: name, email, organisation, payment details (handled via Stripe).
• Usage records: per-instance and per-API-key telemetry needed to compute your bill and operate the service.
• Support correspondence: emails you send us, retained for as long as is reasonable.

Where it lives

All operational data resides in Australia, primarily at our Mayfield West facility. Payment records are processed by Stripe and may transit through their global infrastructure.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email matt@newcastlerising.com.au. We respond within 30 days, typically much sooner.
